As the market grows so does the competition. Who better to brew the next great hoppy concoction than a college student? That’s why New Mexico State University’s Department of Chemical and Materials Engineering offers a minor in brewery engineering.
By the end of the 18 credit-hour program, “NMSBrew” students will have created their own beer and designed a brewery. NMSU is even a testing ground for commercial brewers. Read more here .
