This Women’s History Month, NBCUniversal Careers hosted a panel of women engineers at different career stages behind their streaming service, Peacock.
In 2015, Lori Hill returned to engineering after 22 years. She was attracted to NBCUniversal’s willingness to hire a non-traditional candidate.
Today, as a software engineering manager on the Peacock Video Technology Team, Hill said the sudden pivot to remote work last year provided leadership opportunities.
