Recent events have challenged us as leaders and people. I remain hopeful because of those surrounding me… my family, my team, and our clients.
When I’m retired, if a young business leader asks me how to navigate difficult times like we’re dealing with today, here’s what I’d say:
• Lean on your vision and values.
• Trust your people.
• Follow your gut.
• Embrace the opportunity to do things differently.
• Remember that “None of us is as smart as all of us,” to quote Ken Blanchard.
