It may be freezing outside, but savvy engineering students are already focused on summer. That’s because now is the time to line up those critical summer internships.

Enter Scholars. Founder Parker Pell, a recent college graduate, says Scholars is simplifying the internship recruiting process, matching students from top colleges with entry-level opportunities. Scholars already has hundreds of college students signed up.

Companies can search and filter profiles to find candidates with the right qualifications and the best cultural fit. “We’re taking that six-month recruiting process for interns and reducing it down to a week,” Pell tells E100.

Scholars launches Jan. 15.
